We have worked with expert legal and accounting teams to draft a super-set of templated documents that provide a legal and functional structure to help people buy property as a group.

COMPLIANCE
Ensuring complete compliance, our partners work with investors to help them buy property with others. There are very strict ASIC laws that prevent people from capital raising from the general public which is why we have to be extra careful to make sure the structures are in no way considered retail investments. As a member of a Tryb its important that everyone has equal control of the Tryb and that we never allow developers or marketers to promote investments through our platform.

MANAGEMENT

The ongoing management of your Property Trust is also a critical component to the success. With lots of people comes lots of problems; but not with Tryb because members agree to a fixed set of management and investment rules upfront using our Trust Agreement template.

Developed for the main purpose of letting Property Trust unit holders manage their investments, the app allows 24/7 access to property information, financials and other resources that your consultants might upload through the course of managing your affairs.

Certain laws prevent individuals or companies from crowd funding property from the general public, especially where one person or entity is in control.
